Any breakouts are typically your skin purging impurities, helping to clear out what’s beneath the surface.

Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water before and after your facial to support detoxifying. Also, we recommend avoiding the use of exfoliants, AHA’s, tretinoin, and any retinoids 4-7 days prior. Avoid sun exposure or tanning for at least 48 hours and arrive with a clean face, free of makeup if possible. Skip waxing or harsh treatments at least a week prior.

For Age-Defy Rituals, avoid heat, saunas, exercise, or makeup the day of, and continue using sun protection for two days. Discontinue retinoids and exfoliants for two days post treatment.
